The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company while also providing personal assistance to the CEO. This dual-role position involves managing various marketing activities and providing administrative support when needed.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company while also providing personal assistance to the CEO. This dual-role position involves managing various marketing activities and providing administrative support when needed.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Manager (70%):

1. Messaging and Positioning:

• Assist in refining and executing messaging and positioning strategies to effectively communicate our brand's value proposition.

2. Website Redesign:

• Lead the redesign of the company website, working closely with the external vendors.

3. Content Marketing:

• Create engaging content including videos, blogs, and other materials to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

4. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

5. Event Support:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company events and trade shows.

6. Campaigns and Webinars:

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to execute marketing campaigns and webinars, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives.

7. Brand Marketing:

• Contribute to brand-building efforts by maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.

8. Demand Generation:

• Support demand generation efforts through various marketing channels and tactics.

9. SEO and PPC:

• Assist in optimizing website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

Personal Assistant (30%):

1. Thrips:

• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and occasionally team members.

2. Team Offsites:

• Plan and coordinate team offsite events to foster team-building activities and collaboration.

3. Meeting Coordination:

• Occasionally schedule and coordinate meetings with customers and partners.

4. Games and Team Activities:

• Organize team-building games and activities to promote a positive work environment.

Location

Location is flexible and exceptional EU-based candidates will be considered for remote work, however we prioritize in-office applications. The in-office position calls for regular attendance at our Malmö headquarters, providing ample opportunities for face-to-face interactions and collaboration with our team of 11. DBtune offers a flexible 2-day-a-week in-office policy. We're proud to be a part of the Minc startup incubator, which has hosted companies such as Neo4j, Polar Rose, Hövding, and Debricked.
