We’re looking for a dynamic Senior People Advisor to temporarily join our People & Culture team during a parental leave cover. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly while supporting people across the organization in HR matters.

About the role:

As a Senior People Advisor at Epical, you will be a key player in ensuring our HR operations and processes align with Swedish laws and Epical’s virtues. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR team and business leaders, supporting them with critical HR matters. Here you find a selection of responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain daily HR admin operations (E2E employee lifecycle, people processes, payroll) and people policies, ensuring smooth, compliant processes in accordance with Swedish laws and regulations. Support People Advisor in daily HR admin operations when necessary.
  • Superuser and system administrator for our HRIS system (Unit4)
  • Ownership of systematic work environment matters, including rehabilitation, work safety and union collaboration. Oversee pensions and insurances matters.
  • Answering and investigating different ad hoc matters from team managers and employees
  • Act as a trusted business partner, providing support on people cases and coaching when necessary.
  • HR reporting and analysis, including exit interviews and other key data metrics.
  • Assist HR lead in matters such as organizational changes and compensation & benefits when necessary.

We wish you have:

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have experience of working with different people policies and processes (Swedish labor law), HR systems and systematic work environment. Hands-on experience and interest in working within HRIS frameworks as superuser is highly appreciated.

If you in addition have experience working with business partnering, HR reporting, and compensation & benefits, that is considered a plus.

The People & Culture team is spread across Sweden and Finland, and English is our corporate language. However, since this role will primarily focus on the Swedish market, feeling comfortablewith theSwedish language is essential.

Location: While being near one of our offices is preferred, it’s not mandatory. However, we would love to see you in the office from time to time In Sweden we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg (HQ), Malmö, Skövde, Västerås and Örebro.

Start date: We’re aiming for a start date in December or at the latest at the beginning of January. This is a parental leave cover for at least12 months.
