Our Nordic region employs 1,600 people in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, including in production facilities, retail stores, and the Swedish Match innovation center and museum in Stockholm.

Role summary:

The Commercial Planning Coordinator will have a vital role in coordinating business growth initiatives and activities within the commercial organization in Sweden. Cross-functional collaboration is a key capability for success. This role involves various responsibilities from more administrative tasks, facilitating meetings and workflows to coordination of the yearly planning. The role ensures coordinating with various departments and contributing to the execution of commercial initiatives in line with the strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Help in the development and implementation of commercial plans.

• Participate in, administer, and coordinate commercial meetings and forums (before, under and after the meetings).

• Responsible for sending master deck, links and reminders. Participate and take meeting notes and distribute accordingly.

• Consistently share updates with key stakeholders within the commercial organization.

• Full responsibility and first point of contact for Norwegian border sales. Exchange information about activities, launches and other assortment changes. Provide updates on performances and update commercial initiatives with Norwegian products.

• Coordinate smaller category and commercial projects, such as product changes and conferences. Ensure timely and successful completion.

• First point of contact with our distributors. Coordinate product sheets, price list and advertising with provider and internal resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial planning, sales or marketing, related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Role modeling to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
