Join our team
The Material Handling Product Team consist of technical product managers, technical project leaders and responsibility of automation platform and is a part of the Epiroc R&D underground division. At Epiroc, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and customers from all over the world, experiencing a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative workplace. Together, we’re pushing boundaries and achieving shared goals in the global mining and construction industries.
Your mission
As a Software Release Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless release of software solutions for our products, primarily in collaboration with external partners. Reporting to the SW Release Forum, your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating software releases based on stakeholder priorities.
* Ensuring timely delivery of release notes and specification documents for each release.
* Serving as a vital member of a global, cross-functional team, working closely with colleagues from R&D, Marketing, Aftermarket, and Production to align requirements and timelines.
* Leading and participating in software "Pulse Meetings" to oversee testing, verification, and follow-up actions.
* Managing projects to ensure smooth execution of the software release process.
Your profile
To excel in this role, you have:
* A background as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Leader, with a talent for motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
* A creative and analytical mindset, capable of working independently within a defined framework to achieve results.
* An academic degree in Software Development, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Experience or knowledge of vehicle automation systems and battery electric vehicles (an advantage).
* Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively will be key to your success as you navigate diverse challenges and stakeholders.
Location and other
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
