About the Assignment

You will help keep IT operations stable in a production-focused environment where reliable support is essential for day-to-day work on site. This is a hands-on assignment where you combine end-user support with preventive maintenance, pre-checks, and infrastructure-related troubleshooting in a factory setting.

You will work across established support processes and contribute to runtime quality through incident, problem, knowledge, and change management. The role spans application infrastructure, end-user infrastructure, and core infrastructure, giving you a broad technical scope and close contact with the business.

Job Description
  • You provide onsite support to users and support day-to-day IT needs in a factory environment.
  • You perform pre-checks and preventive maintenance in line with support service agreements.
  • You troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workplace IT, applications, infrastructure, printers, networks, and VPN connections.
  • You work across incident, problem, knowledge, and change management processes to support stable runtime quality.
  • You support application infrastructure, end-user infrastructure, and core infrastructure.
  • You build, configure, and reset PCs and handle hardware such as laptops, iPads, and iPhones.
  • You document solutions and contribute to knowledge management and operational optimization.
  • You use ticketing and remote support tools to manage cases efficiently and maintain high service quality.
Requirements
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in onsite support and end-user support.
  • You have solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
  • You have experience working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, internal systems, or ServiceNow.
  • You are proficient in Windows 7, 10, and 11, as well as Microsoft 365 including Office 365, Teams, and Exchange Online.
  • You have hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including accounts, access, and security.
  • You are comfortable working with hardware including computers, laptops, iPads, and iPhones.
  • You can troubleshoot networks, printers, and VPN connections.
  • You have experience with documentation and knowledge management.
  • You are familiar with Citrix, Intune, and remote support tools.
  • You are confident building, configuring, and resetting PCs.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
  • You are able to complete required background checks before the assignment starts.
