You will join a highly technical automotive environment focused on building and operating a GPU-accelerated remote desktop platform for demanding HPC workloads. The assignment centers on a Linux-based infrastructure where performance, scalability, reliability, and security are key. The platform uses Rocky Linux and RHEL together with X11, Xfce4, NICE DCV, EnginFrame, and SLURM to support advanced simulation, visualization, and rendering use cases.

• Design, build, and maintain a Linux-based GPU-enabled remote desktop environment.
• Develop and manage automation and Infrastructure as Code, primarily using Ansible.
• Optimize the platform for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with HPC and infrastructure engineering teams.
• Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Strong experience as a Linux System Administrator, preferably with Rocky Linux or RHEL.
• Solid experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible.
• Good scripting skills, with Bash required.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git and GitLab.
• Understanding of X11, Linux desktop environments such as Xfce4 and GNOME, and remote display protocols.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable systems and work independently.

• Python scripting.
• Experience from HPC environments and workload managers such as SLURM.
• Experience with remote visualization platforms such as NICE DCV, EnginFrame, or Open OnDemand.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman.
• Experience with observability tooling, including Prometheus-based monitoring.
