We are now looking for a new colleague to our Customer Service Team at our head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg (in the Central Station)!    The position is a temporary contract until 31 August 2026. It is part-time (30 hours/week) and is scheduled on weekdays. You and your team make sure that our customers get the best possible service. In the role you will also: Communicate with our customers and support with a variety of questions and issues regarding for example orders, our brand, product range, quality and complaints. Analyse, take necessary actions and of course – always with the customer and business in mind!  Communicate with our customers via social media, phone, chat and e-mail, give support to both customers and stores and you collaborate with Customer Service Specialists to together make sure that we have an outstanding customer experience.    Is this you?    Is service your thing?
