About your job
As our HR Technology Expert for business area Mining, you drive HR digitalization and shape the systems that enable smart, efficient and data-driven HR. You align business needs with our HR technology roadmap and champion the adoption of modern digital solutions. With both hands-on and strategic focus, you use your technical expertise and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful, future-ready HR systems.
Your responsibilities include:
You partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new tools, streamline processes and secure smooth system integration. Your work enables smarter, faster and more user-friendly HR services. You report to the Head of HR Operational Excellence for Mining.
Location and flexibility
The location is Stockholm or Sandviken in Sweden, or Tampere in Finland. Travel is a natural part of your job, as well as efficient digital collaboration across time zones.
Your profile
You bring strong project management skills and a tech-savvy mindset, turning business needs into practical and scalable digital solutions. With a global outlook, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Your collaborative, solution-oriented and service-minded approach makes you a great fit for this role. You simplify complexity, guide stakeholders, and ensure technology creates real business value.
You have experience in HR technology, including HRIS implementation and optimizing global HR systems. You’re familiar with platforms like Workday and integration projects, and understand data governance, compliance and security. Experience in digital workplace initiatives, AI upskilling or HR tech landscape optimization is a plus. Your expertise is supported by a relevant academic background. You communicate fluently in English and feel confident engaging with senior stakeholders across regions.
