Job Description
Our client is seeking a People Analytics & AI Specialist to join a collaborative and forward-thinking HR team.
This role is focused on transforming workforce data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational performance.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Global HR Operations Manager and other HR stakeholders to design and implement a data-driven HR framework.
The role involves ensuring data quality across HR systems, enhancing HR reporting capabilities, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency within the HR function.
Based at the client’s Global Headquarters in Gothenburg, this role follows a hybrid working model that encourages both on-site collaboration and remote productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a data-driven HR analytics framework, ensuring accurate and reliable workforce data across HR systems.
- Take ownership of the HR data lifecycle, maintaining data quality standards and establishing a consistent “single source of truth” within HR platforms.
- Transform workforce analytics into actionable insights that support HR leaders and business stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
- Manage global HR reporting processes, including internal and external reporting requirements such as monthly headcount reports.
- Maintain accurate headcount tracking and position management within HRIS systems, ensuring reliable workforce forecasting and reporting.
- Establish and oversee data compliance procedures, including processes related to data retention, privacy, and data purging in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and develop HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate workforce performance, engagement, and organizational health.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to translate workforce analytics into practical HR initiatives and improvements.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for AI initiatives within the HR function, supporting AI adoption, automation, and participation in AI steering committees.
Required Experience
- Experience working with People Analytics frameworks and HR data management.
- Practical experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and workforce data analysis.
- Proven involvement in AI or automation initiatives within HR or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR, and compliance procedures for employee data.
- Demonstrated experience in HR KPI development, workforce analytics, and data-driven HR reporting.
Education
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
