For our client we are searching for an Sourcing/HR Administrator to be a part of administration and coordination of the summer workers hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Drive the bulk recruitment of 300+ summer workers for 2026

Skills Requirements:

• Recruitment experience, preferably from a matrix organization (or an international company)
• Experience with bulk recruitment
• Experience with administration and MS tools (Teams, Excel, Forms, etc.)
• Experience with the recruitment module in SAP SuccessFactors is highly meritorious and our preference if possible
