We are searching for a Recruiter/Sourcing/HR Administrator for a global company in Lund to be a part of the administration and coordination of the summer workers hiring process. Start is mid January, 6 months limited contract.

Responsibilities:

Drive the bulk recruitment of 300+ summer workers for 2026

Skills Requirements:

• Recruitment experience, preferably from a matrix organization (or an international company)
• Relatively junior profile due to budget but as experienced as possible
• Experience with bulk recruitment
• Experience with administration and MS tools (Teams, Excel, Forms, etc.)
• Experience with the recruitment module in SAP SuccessFactors is highly meritorious and our preference if possible

This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.

This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is  mid January, 6 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Lund. Please submit your CV as soon as possible since we will review the applications on an on-going basis.
