Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Security Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Operate hands-on with IT security across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strengthen and secure infrastructure and systems in AWS and Kubernetes environments, including networking, logging, and access management.
• Manage and improve office IT security, including network security, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
• Implement and maintain security configurations in Microsoft 365 environments, including Conditional Access, Intune, and device compliance policies.
• Work with Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Apply security principles in code and assist with secure software development practices.
• Contribute to designing and maintaining security controls aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
• Collaborate with development, IT operations, and security teams to ensure best practices are followed across environments.

What you bring:

• Proven experience working operationally with IT and cybersecurity in cloud environments such as AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security components, including Entra/AD, Conditional Access, and Intune.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection and response.
• Basic programming or scripting skills, with the ability to apply secure coding practices.
• Experience in securing infrastructure, systems, and applications at a technical level.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ability to contribute to compliance initiatives.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working practically with security implementation and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
