• Work with maintenance and development in Cobol/Mainframe environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to design and architecture of system solutions.

• Be a key player for success and delivering the investment areas roadmap. You will work together with our development teams, Scrum Master and the Agile Product Owner to create a collaborative environment in order to maximize the investments in the lending area.

Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints

• Work on development in an Agile scrum team that delivers business value

• Work with infrastructure and integrations

• Closely collaborate with other CFT teams in Lending and other groups

• Receive feedback and discuss complex solutions with the Tech stream

• Act as a mentor, sharing your knowledge with less experienced team members

• Continuously improve the quality of our products by proactively reducing technical debt

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or relevant experience

• 10+ years of experience in system development & related tools

• Proven track record within relevant programming language such as Mainframe, DB2, Cobol & SQL coding skills

• IMS/DB knowledge

• Full Stack & experience with product and loan systems is seen as an big advantage

• Experience in design and architecture as well as leading more complex initiatives is a big plus

• Previous experience with systems and environments such as Linux, Unix, or similar

• Fluent in English, but Swedish is also a plus
