YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shaping the global IT architecture: Design and optimization of SAF‑HOLLAND’s IT architecture, with a strong focus on solution development for international business applications.

• Collaboration with international teams: Close cooperation with global IT and business teams to identify technological requirements and develop tailored solutions.

• Integration Management Stream: Responsibility for the Integration Management Stream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation project “Phoenix,” including orchestration and implementation of interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and third‑party systems.

• Architecture design: Design and implementation of a scalable, secure, and future‑oriented solution architecture for SAP and non‑SAP systems.

• Use of EAM tools: Application of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools such as LeanIX to manage and optimize the global application and IT architecture while ensuring transparency and governance.

• Technology consulting: Proactive advisory role for business departments in selecting appropriate technologies to improve efficiency.

• Project coordination: Leadership and coordination of global integration projects, including managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Building the Enterprise Architecture function: Active contribution to the establishment and further development of the Enterprise Architecture area.

• Knowledge transfer: Promotion of knowledge sharing within the IT organization and coaching in solution and integration architecture.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification providing a solid foundation for the technical and analytical aspects of this role.

• Several years of hands‑on experience in designing and implementing complex IT solution architectures, particularly within SAP S/4HANA projects, covering both strategic and operational architecture aspects.

• In‑depth knowledge of integration architectures, especially in connection with SAP integration and platform solutions such as SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture Management (e.g., LeanIX), hybrid IT architectures, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

• Analytical mindset with a solution‑oriented working style.

• Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus for the role

• Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence.
