You will join a product-focused engineering environment working with maintenance and continuous improvement of battery packs. The assignment centers on analyzing technical issues reported from the field, identifying the right design improvements, and turning those improvements into implemented solutions.

This is a role for you if you enjoy combining problem-solving with practical design work in a technical product organization. You will work close to real product challenges, where your analysis and design decisions can make a clear difference in product quality and performance. • You will analyze incoming technical issues related to battery packs from the field.
• You will investigate root causes and identify possible technical solutions.
• You will develop design proposals based on findings and recommended improvements.
• You will implement selected design changes in the product documentation and design environment.
• You will work with established product structures, methods, and engineering processes.
• You will collaborate with colleagues in a development team to move improvements forward in a structured way.

• Experience with CATIA V5 and an established CATIA methodology.
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Understanding of the client's PNC structure.
• Familiarity with the client's labels and packaging methodology.
• You are analytical and structured in the way you approach technical issues.
• You can independently drive technical tasks and take responsibility for solutions.
• You work well in a collaborative and innovative development team.
• You are comfortable taking a hands-on, doer-oriented approach.
• You communicate professionally in both Swedish and English.

• Experience of designing in plastics.
• Experience of designing in sheet metal.
• Mechatronics skills.
