Responsibilities
We will look to you for:
• Apply process, standards, methods, and tools
• Organize of the program baseline according to process and its continuous improvement
• Lead the of the program baseline activities
• Be the program’s interface on technical matters
• Management of the program baseline and its configuration items
• Support the Program Manager for cost and planning management
• Validate material selection and procurement activities together with the Program Manager
• Promote the Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct
• Performance measurements
Qualifications
All about you
• Master’s Degree in System Engineering, electronic, electric, SW or similar.
• It would be highly appreciated if you have knowledge and or experience of industrial or railway safety standards (IEC61508/EN50128/EN60567/EN50129).
• Experience of electronic product design (PCB) or embedded SW (Linux, operating system, ect.); can be as the technical team lead, project manager or designer
Mandatory:
• Minimum 4 days on site in Västerås
• Experience from leading a new product development minimum 5 years (roles like engineering project manager, technical project leader, project manager, ect.)
• Experience from railway industry or similar with Waterfall operation model (minimum 3 years)
• Fluent English and communicative Swedish
Good to know:
• Knowledge about cyber security standards is a plus.
• Previous working experience leading global teams.
• Previous working experience in configuration and change management.
• Desired competencies: planning, communication, team leadership, teamwork, problem solving, initiative
