Are you a driven and experienced HR Business Partner looking to take the next step in your career? You will actively drive and manage HR and work environment-related development projects. In this role, you will strengthen managers so that they, in turn, can strengthen others. You will promote and support diversity and integration activities to create awareness and openness in the organization, and support managers in creating an attractive workplace with high employee engagement and high performance.

This is a temporary position as a consultant for a period of 6 months. Our client will start a recruitment process after the summer holidays and as a consultant you are free to apply for the open position/s to have a opportunity for a permanent position with the company after this period of 6 months. You will be based in Lund fulltime, office hours.

  • Ensure effective implementation and interpretation of HR policies, directives, and processes within assigned units and departments.
  • Support managers in organizational development, staffing forecasts, and planning.
  • Support managers in leadership development activities and training.
  • Handle and support managers in work related to the psychosocial work environment and projects.
  • Contribute to the annual salary review and compensation changes.
  • Support managers in performance and development processes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance in decision-making and problem-solving on HR and organizational-related matters.
  • Conduct HRBP-related seminars within your area of expertise.
  • Build long-term, trusting, and effective relationships with managers and the organization.


  • Degree in HR management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and/or Swedish.
  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Swedish labor law and work environment regulations.
