Global People Business Enabler

Group Commercial Excellence

Within SKF, the Group Commercial Excellence team has the responsibility to globally drive the Global Industries and Product Lines strategies. Together with business areas and regions we will transform and drive effectiveness in business decisions and enable that our efforts are turned into value.

We are now looking for a Global People Business Enabler to support the dynamic Group Commercial Excellence team. The department is currently in an expansive phase, and you will support in the full people experience scope, with an emphasis on recruitments, onboarding and team building in the starting phase.

One of the main purposes of Commercial Excellence Bearings is to enable synergies for SKF, in both business development and best practice leverage. This means that the organization itself is not fixed in terms of scope and structure and will evolve in line with the SKF strategy and the possible synergies in the SKF business. In your role as People Business Enabler you will need have flexibility, business understanding, high level of service mindedness as well as ability to prioritize on an ongoing basis.

What you can expect in the role

• The scope and responsibilities of the role can somewhat be tailored to fit previous knowledge and experiences, but main key responsibility will be
• Close collaboration with the managers of Group Commencial Excellence, be part of one or more management teams, and identify solutions for driving a commercial mindset.
• Understand the needs of the business and provide support and suggestions linked to PX policies and processes
• Work proactively with the managers in PX-related areas. Provide coaching and support , e.g. performance management, People engagement, talent management, learning and development as well as employment and recruitment
• Operative support to the business in areas such as People Analytics and ensure high qualitative data and usage of PX systems

We expect you to have

• You have a solid understanding of people systems and processes, and have the craftmanship of a PBE as a foundation
• You have a high interest in the commercial business dimension and willing to support and drive the commercial spirit of SKF
• Work experience in a global context is a merit
• You feel comfortable in communicating with people at all levels in the organization
• You have a good level of English, written and verbal

Some additional information

This is a global role with Gothenburg, Sweden, as a location. We will not be able to support with re-location services.

You will report to Josefin Södergård, People Director Group Commercial Excellence, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
