About the role:

Aurobay is looking to add an experienced HR Business Partner to their growing team in Gothenburg. You will serve as a strategic liaison between the People & Culture function and business units, ensuring alignment between People strategies and organizational objectives while effectively meeting the human capital needs of the business. You will be working closely with management from selected business units to ensure compliance with the highest standards and foster an inclusive culture.

Your daily work will involve creating custom road maps for each business unit need, as well as enhancing employee well-being, attracting top talent, improving performance, and pioneering innovative people practices. You will also participate in/or lead HR-projects and facilitate inter-departmental communication as well as perform general HR administration. The HRBP's primary focus is on people, promoting an exceptional and engaging experience that fosters cross-functional collaboration and drives Aurobay forward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their specific people-related needs. Provide strategic and operational support to managers accordingly aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Implement Strategic workforce planning models, including training, support and guidance.
  • Manage workplace dynamics, address and support with misconduct and performance issues, rehabilitation, downsizing, upskill/reskill initiatives, mediate conflicts, ensure policy compliance, and promote employee well-being.
  • Lead change management initiatives and facilitate smooth organizational transitions during periods of change.
  • Performance process management, ensuring compliance as well as fair and timely performance evaluations. This will include analyze available workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and alignment with company culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent education within the field of HR.
  • Miminum 5 years of experience from an HRBP-role, preferably in a fast paced, industrial setting.
  • Proven expertise in change management and culture growth initiatives.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
  • It is advantageous if you have prior experience in SuccessFactor or speak either Mandarin or Spanish.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
