Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: If you want to join the evolution of the Ericsson Radio Systems from 5G onwards and be part of our cloud journey - one of the most thrilling and demanding R&D businesses within Ericsson - this is the job for you.  You will as a section manager report to the head of Development A within PEU RAN Performance and be a member of the Development A leadership team. Section B has 20 developers organized in teams working on SW development for the 5G NR Baseband product, with particular focus on common UPC (User Plane Control). Our unit  is responsible to systemize, design, implement and integrate software features to control the air interface. This includes developing features and functionality in the areas MBB (Mobile BroadBand) for 5G such as Scheduling and QoS features, Carrier Aggregation, massive MIMO, Link Adaptation, and much more. High level of test automation, early feature interaction and IODT are important factors to our success.
