Turn ideas into experiences that leave a lasting impression. We're looking for a Manager, Events & Experience Centers to lead high-impact, in-person engagement programs. You'll manage our HQ Experience Center, support regional AECs, and bring events and trade shows to life. Location: Lund, Sweden.

Who is your future team? Our Events & Experience Centers team is the face of our brand, creating meaningful in-person experiences that build trust and influence pipelines. We operate HQ experience center, support regional events and experience centers, and turn marketing content into human stories. Our priority: delivering memorable interactions that strengthen relationships.

What will you do here as Manager, Events & Experience Centers? This role is all about transforming content into high-touch experiences that bring our narrative to life. You will lead, coordinate, and measure in-person programs across HQ and regional locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HQ Experience Center programs and support regional AECs for consistent, impactful experiences.
• Support in planning, execution, and optimization of regional events and tradeshows.
• Ability to turn business strategies into experiences, with technical knowledge of our portfolio, or proven capabilities to quickly learn technical details to make them come alive.
• Translate content and campaigns into engaging in-person storytelling.
• Manage staff, budgets, and operational workflows.
• Measure effectiveness and impact of AECs and events to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and regional teams to align experiences with business goals.
• Ensure all physical channels support pipeline influence and relationship-building objectives.

• Proven experience in managing staff, as well as events, experience centers, and physical customer engagement programs.
• Strong operational skills, including logistics, budget management, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability for live, in-person settings.
• Familiarity with regional and HQ-scale event management.
• Working knowledge of marketing asset repurposing and experiential design.
• Comfortable with measurement tools or frameworks for event and experience ROI.

Physical Demands and Travel:

• Ability to travel regionally for events and AEC programs as required.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and hands-on event setup during programs.
