The Talent Acquisition Team in the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics is located in Örebro and Prague and works with employer branding, recruitment and onboarding. We are a committed team with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values.
Your mission
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers, HR, and the Talent Acquisition Team, your responsibilities will include:
* Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
* Create inclusive adverts and advertise in relevant job portals, channels and social media.
* Competence-based interview, verify references and compare qualifications.
* Work together with the managers on how to reach or goals when it comes to Inclusion and diversity.
* Develop the core recruitment process and ways of working to attract talent.
Your profile
You are committed to finding the best candidates to become part of Epiroc. Apart from enjoying all aspects of collaboration, you are enthusiastic about recruitment trends and candidate experience. You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You have a university degree in a relevant area, Human Resources, Sociology, Business administration or other.
You should have at least 3 -5 years of experience working in talent acquisition, driving recruitment processes end to end preferably within roles in engineering, IT business, and/or managerial positions. You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
You are proficient with assessment tools and providing insightful feedback to match the right candidate and skilled in sourcing techniques on social media and experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter.

This position I located in Örebro Sweden and the assignment period runs from December 2024 to December 2025.
