Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Functions.
In this role, you will drive the implementation of key HR processes, work on both operational and strategic tasks, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Your responsibility
- Drive implementation of all HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes as applicable.
- Work closely with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people, and organization along with ensuring strong labor and key stakeholder relationships.
- To understand business needs and provide support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes.
This to achieve long term objectives, ensure that we are compliant with HR and labor law regulations and to add most value to business within required areas.
- Proactively support and consult management on HR topics while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business; provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities such as performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, hiring and recruitment.
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and work with keeping the HR processes structured and updated.
- Identify short- and long-term solutions for competence development, in line with our diversity and inclusion ambitions.

Your background
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in an HR related field as well as experience working in a similar area.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain collaborative working relationships and sound understanding of business drivers, and how best to utilize HR as a business partner.
- Knowledge of Swedish labor market, legislations, and policies with negotiation skills and good capability to achieve understanding to influence others.
- Capability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly and anchor with stakeholders.
- You are flexible, persistent and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others in a high paced environment.
- Excellent command in English is a must, both written and spoken.
Swedish language would be an additional asset.
