Are you an experienced Customer Support professional with a passion for delivering top-tier service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client, one of the largest online casinos in the industry, is looking for dedicated Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their growing team in Malta.

   
About the Role:
As a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will be key in resolving inquiries, handling complex issues, and providing exceptional service in the iGaming sector. Given the sensitive nature of the industry, we are seeking individuals who are not only skilled but also empathetic, capable of understanding and addressing the diverse needs of our customers. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in customer service and a strong interest in the gaming industry, who are ready to take their career to the next level.

   
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, payments, and gameplay.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the iGaming industry and company products.
   

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native Swedish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience: Preferably, you will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, particularly within the iGaming industry.
  • Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to approach sensitive issues with understanding and compassion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide clear solutions.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
