Job description

You will report to the line manager regarding the quality and quantity of your work, consistently offering ideas for improvement opportunities. You will communicate effectively and conduct yourself safely and professionally with fellow staff. You will accurately handle requests and collaborate with suppliers and authorities. Additionally, you will act as a strong role model, ensuring compliance with the company's Core Values and Code of Conduct.

This is a temporary position as a consultant for a period of 6 months. Our client will start a recruitment process after the summer holidays and as a consultant you are free to apply for the open position/s to have a opportunity for a permanent position with the company after this period of 6 months. You will be based in Lund fulltime, office hours.

  • Ensure effective implementation and interpretation of HR policies, directives, and processes within your assigned part of the organization.
  • Support the organization in organizational development, staffing forecast, and planning.
  • Assist in leadership development activities and training programs.
  • Engage in projects related to the psychosocial work environment.
  • Facilitate compensation changes and ensure they align with company standards.
  • Manage and drive HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management.
  • Provide guidance in decision-making and problem-solving on HR and organizational matters.
  • Handle all necessary administration related to HR tasks.


  • Degree in HR management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and/or Swedish.
  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Swedish labour law and work environment regulations.
