Over the past few years, we have built up a common HR Operations function for all divisions within Epiroc Rock Drills in Örebro, with the aim to align the HR work and make a strong and efficient team. Now we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be part of this exciting and challenging journey! Your mission As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for contributing to and implementing HR strategic work, including strategy, tactical development and operational planning to secure business needs in the division you’re primarily supporting. You will be a part of local, functional management team in the division, supporting them regarding People Management and organizational decisions. Together with the HR Operations team you’re also collaborating and working with the extended Rock Drill AB’s HR network to maintain alignment in the function. Within your assigned division you will coach and support managers in a wide range of HR related matters and ensure leadership development by implementing and using the leadership model in the local division. You will also be involved in different annual processes such as Salary Review, Talent and Leadership Review and Performance Management. Continuous improvement projects within HR will also be part of your daily work, as well as organize and execute leadership workshops on a regular basis along with providing senior support in labor law issues. Your profile We believe you have a University degree within Human Resources or Organizational Management, or similar and at least five years of broad experience from senior HR roles. You have previous experience working with management teams, HR strategy implementation, process development and Swedish labor law. You have a positive attitude with a focus on opportunities and continuous improvements. You take pride in the HR delivery and see a clear connection to our business results. Interacting with others, providing advice and coaching motivates you and you also have a good ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
