Job Overview

Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior consultant to support a large-scale logistics transformation within a complex, operationally intensive organisation.

The assignment focuses on identifying how the organisation, leadership, governance, competencies, and ways of working need to evolve to support the transformation while maintaining stable daily operations.

You will work closely with senior leadership to establish a shared understanding of the current situation, identify organisational gaps and dependencies, recommend priorities, and develop a practical roadmap for implementation. The consultant will provide structure, facilitate discussions, challenge existing perspectives, and prepare decision-making materials while leadership retains ownership of decisions and implementation.

What You Will Work On

• Develop a shared current-state assessment and problem statement.
• Define the organisational capabilities and structures required to support the transformation.
• Analyse gaps, dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and organisational readiness.
• Assess implications for leadership, competencies, roles, responsibilities, resource capacity, workload, and working environment.
• Develop prioritised recommendations, strategic choices, and a high-level transformation roadmap.
• Propose governance forums, ways of working, and sustainable follow-up structures.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and leadership discussions.
• Coordinate insights from parallel initiatives across IT, automation, logistics networks, planning, and operations.
• Prepare clear recommendations and decision-making materials for senior management.
• Ensure proposed changes are practical and aligned with the organisation's culture and operational requirements.

What You Bring

• Extensive senior experience in organisational development and transformation management within large, complex organisations.
• Experience from logistics, supply chain, or another operationally intensive business.
• Experience developing organisational models, roles, responsibilities, governance, and operating structures.
• Experience assessing organisational maturity, change capacity, and readiness for change.
• Strong knowledge of strategic workforce planning, leadership development, future competency requirements, and ways of working.
• Proven experience supporting senior management, facilitating complex discussions, and preparing decision-making materials.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into practical recommendations and actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish.

• Experience leading organisational transformation in large logistics or supply chain environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple interdependent transformation initiatives.
• Experience with organisational benchmarking and adapting external best practices to business-specific needs.
• Experience establishing governance and follow-up structures for transformation programmes.
