We are now looking for a Manager Sustainability Reporting & Non-financial disclosures to be based in Stockholm.
Impact You’ll Own
You will lead the development of key sustainability reports, including the Group Value Report and global non-financial disclosures.
Working with reporting specialists and subject-matter experts, you will turn strategy, performance, and data into clear, accurate, and credible content.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of the Group Value Report and key global non-financial disclosures
- Manage the reporting process from initial drafting through review, approval, and publication
- Work with reporting specialists and subject-matter experts to gather and validate content
- Turn complex sustainability data and insights into clear, engaging, and credible narratives
- Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, evidence-based, and traceable
- Coordinate timelines, inputs, review cycles, version control, and approvals
- Apply sustainability reporting requirements and disclosure expectations throughout the process
- Monitor reporting trends, regulatory developments, and peer practices to identify improvements
- Strengthening the structure, readability, and overall quality of sustainability communications
- Adapt sustainability content for reports, websites, presentations, and other external materials
Skills & Capabilities
- University degree in sustainability, business, finance, communications, public policy, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in sustainability, corporate, annual, or other non-financial reporting
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting requirements and sound judgment in drafting and review
- Ability to connect narrative claims to data source inputs, and approved documentation
- Ability to ask the right questions, interpret input, and turn technical expertise into clear insights
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, compellingly, and accurately
- Disciplined management of timelines, inputs, reviews, versions, and approvals without compromising quality
- Ability to lead projects end to end, ensuring quality and escalating risks when needed
