Act as the subject matter expert within Financial Crime Risk and Fraud Risk.
Play a key role in strengthening and developing Swedbank Hypotek’s risk management and governance framework.
Drive strategic initiatives and represent the Swedbank Hypotek’s interests in relevant forums and stakeholder discussions.
Advise and support business and regularly report to senior management and the Board
Monitor regulatory developments and drive the implementation of regulatory changes impacting the business.
Monitor and follow up on the risks associated with the outsourced services
Develop and enhance internal controls, reporting, processes, and governance
Collaborate with Group functions and material subsidiaries
Work closely with colleagues within the Risk & Governance function
Demonstrated experience in a specialist, risk management, compliance, or governance role within the financial services industry, preferably at a credit market institution, a larger bank, or a supervisory authority.
Strong expertise in Financial Crime Risk and Fraud Risk, including risk management frameworks, governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to independently assess complex risks, identify appropriate mitigating actions, and provide recommendations to support business and risk-related decisions.
Experience in advising and challenging business stakeholders on risk-related matters.
Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting analyses, risk assessments, management reporting, and decision-making materials to senior management.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, regulatory implementations, and continuous improvements within risk management, governance, or control functions.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively represent Swedbank Hypotek’s interests across the organization.
