About the AssignmentYou will join a small embedded systems team in the automotive industry, working in the Body domain close to the product. This is a hybrid assignment where you combine technical ownership with part-time Scrum Master responsibilities, helping a team with high workload while creating structure in an evolving environment.
You will work hands-on with investigations, testing, and system understanding, while also coordinating follow-up and team routines. The team consists of around 6–7 people and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders.
Job DescriptionInvestigate problems and trouble reports in embedded systems.
Read project definitions and analyze impact on functions and systems.
Perform hands-on testing in the vehicle.
Analyze log files and use findings to support troubleshooting and improvements.
Participate in systemization work and strengthen system understanding.
Drive technical investigations and contribute to documentation, including SSER.
Act as Function Owner with responsibility for follow-up and coordination.
Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily steering, sprint planning, and retrospectives for part of your time.
Support progress tracking, team follow-up, and ways of working.
3–5 years of experience in embedded systems development within requirements, testing, or implementation.
Experience working with C++ and/or Simulink.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, for example Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in an evolving environment with a high degree of self-drive and structure.
Fluent Swedish and English.
Ability to take on part-time Scrum Master responsibilities as part of the assignment.
Experience within automotive or vehicle embedded systems.
Experience from a commercial vehicle environment and knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
Previous Scrum Master experience.
C/CE or D/DE driver’s license.
