We are searching for a Data Processing Administrator for a global company in Lund. Start is ASAP, 2 months limited contract to begin with.



Assignment;

This role is responsible for handling data entry and retrieval of all relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely availability of information. The position acts as a central coordination point between multiple departments, aligning communication and requirements across Customs, Shipping, and Supplier Management. Key tasks include processing and updating documents, following up on missing or incorrect information, supporting compliance needs, and ensuring smooth information flow between teams. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication are essential to succeed in this role.



Requierd skills:

• Good knowledge of Excel and previous data entry experience.

• As a person you are motivated, structured and organised as you will be work mainly on your own and will have to keep track of all data collected.

• Fluency in English and Swedish



This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 2 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.
