Job Summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Finance to Manage Process Leader to help build, implement and maintain the next generation of Finance & Tax processes and solutions.

The Process Lead will work with our business organisations to understand their requirements to be successful and to come up with innovative ways to automate and digitise our business processes according to design principles, securing harmonization and standard IT solutions. The successful candidate will thrive on solving difficult problems and adapting emerging technology to meet Tetra Pak’s business challenges.

This demanding role will require strong communication skills and can reduce complex challenges to their essential details. It will also require good people skills and a proven track record of getting things done with both formal and informal authority.

The role is responsible for leading and managing a part of the Finance to Manage end-to-end process and corresponding solutions:

• Act as the “guardian of standard” by applying the Design Principles in every solution offered.
• Interact with all relevant Value Stream teams to understand the business needs and to be able to design solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop solutions to business execution challenges through the application of design principles and with heavy focus on process harmonization across all Tetra Pak’s businesses
• Drive process improvements by leveraging vendor led innovation.
• Role assignment to part of Finance to Manage process will be finalized based on outcome of the overall recruitment process.

The Process Lead will report to the End-to-End Process Lead for the Finance to Manage process, within the Process Office organisation.

The position requires a flexibility up to 20% international travel.

What you will do

• Own and refine the process to which you are assigned.
• Develop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Act as the “guardians of standard”, by applying the Design Authority principles in every solution offered.
• Collaborate with the other process teams and value streams.
• Develop, manage, and update all supporting documentation required for your assigned process.
• Work with the BPM Manager (Business Process Manager) to ensure that processes are modelled correctly and are meeting the required standards.
• Keep up to date with all relevant IT vendor development pipelines to ensure that we leverage vendor-led innovation.
• Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement & operational excellence.
• Constantly assess externally the trends for your assigned process area.

• Planning / project management expertise.
• Strong interpersonal communications and networking.
• Comfortable in working in an ambiguous environment.
• Problem Solving, Conflict Management and Negotiation.
• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

As a person, you have a proven record of delivering results. You work well under pressure and are skilled in conflict management. You are customer and business-oriented. Furthermore, you are passionate and have a vision of how processes could or should be leveraged to maximize effectiveness.
