Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Agile Functional Development Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and continuously verify autonomous driving functions and redundant motion capabilities for a leading heavy-vehicle manufacturer.
- Design, implement, and maintain AUTOSAR Classic components and embedded C applications supporting high-level automation and redundancy.
- Create and execute verification activities in SIL and HIL environments, ensuring robust fail-safe behaviour and redundancy logic.
- Define, refine, and maintain system-level requirements with full traceability to architecture and test cases.
- Manage integration workflows, including CICD pipelines, configuration, and deployment of AUTOSAR components.
- Collaborate closely with system architects and product owners in an Agile setup to ensure safe, stable, and compliant feature development post-launch.
What you bring:
- Experience in AUTOSAR Classic development, including RTE and component configuration.
- Strong embedded C programming skills for automotive systems, with ability to implement redundancy, arbitration logic, and driver monitoring functionality.
- Experience in SIL/HIL verification using tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Vision, and GoogleTest.
- Ability to design and execute automated tests, including Python scripting for execution and reporting.
- Proven skills in requirements engineering, including defining, refining, and maintaining system-level and LDC requirements.
- Understanding of ISO 26262 and safety-critical system development.
- Proficiency with SystemWeaver or similar SE tools for requirement management and traceability.
- Hands-on experience with CICD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and automated build and integration workflows.
- Familiarity with configuration and variant management, including PE SW Factory or similar environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional Agile teams; previous Scrum Master experience is meritorious
