Key Responsibilities
🔹 IT Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles such as developers, software engineers, data analysts, DevOps, QA, and technical leads
- Conduct technical assessments and structured interviews to evaluate skills and fit
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical IT positions
- Collaborate with IT managers and technical teams to define job requirements
🔹 Marketing & Employer Branding
- Develop and execute digital campaigns highlighting company culture and tech initiatives
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.) for IT talent engagement
- Create content showcasing IT projects, achievements, and employee stories
- Run recruitment-focused campaigns to attract passive candidates
🔹 Recruitment Strategy & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill IT roles
- Leverage online communities, forums, and tech events to attract top talent
