Job Mission
As a Reward Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Piab’s global compensation and benefits framework to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with our strategic business goals. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders across countries to drive key reward projects, enhance our reward offering, and support informed people decisions through strong data analytics.

Preferred Competencies
• Strong expertise in Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, and Job Evaluation and Grading.
• Solid data analysis and reporting skills, able to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Good understanding of compliance and legal aspects related to compensation and benefits.
• Familiarity with at least one major HRIT / HRIS system; experience with HiBob is a strong plus.
• A process-oriented mindset with a structured, thorough, and quality-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in both data and documentation.
• A drive to make a significant impact, with proactiveness and ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a true team spirit, able to build trust and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Project management skills to plan, lead, and deliver larger compensation and benefits initiatives.
• International experience and comfort working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus.

Experience and Education
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in reward, compensation & benefits, or a closely related HR specialty.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and/or administering base pay, variable pay, and benefits programs.
• Experience with job evaluation, job grading, and salary benchmarking.
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
