We’re Redeploy. A tech consultancy built for people who want to grow, make a difference and have a good time doing it. We design, build, scale and maintain modern solutions across Cloud, Data and AI, helping ambitious companies across the Nordics transform how they work with technology. As a trusted partner to Microsoft, AWS and Databricks, we deliver platforms that are built for impact and built to last. What sets us apart is the way we work. Curiosity runs deep here, as does the drive to keep learning and sharing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, collaboration, high technical standards, and where people genuinely care about doing things well. For our clients. And for each other.
What you will do
You will be part of our Strategy team, guiding organisations through technology-driven change with a focus on making strategy executable. Your work centers on clarifying priorities, shaping direction and ensuring that cloud, data and AI initiatives create measurable impact rather than remaining conceptual ambitions. Our teams build and scale platforms on Azure, AWS and Databricks. Your role is to help define how these investments should land in practice. You will stay close to both strategic framing and delivery realities, enabling alignment between leadership, product and engineering while ensuring that technical specialists have clarity in scope and direction. Example types of engagements:
Building cloud and data foundations that enable analytics and AI at scale
Modernising enterprise data estates and reducing reliance on legacy platforms
Framing governance and roadmaps for responsible AI adoption
Designing operating models that align engineering, product and leadership needs
What you will grow into
With us you’ll get the opportunity to deepen your craft within technology strategy and take an active role in how we develop and mature the strategic discipline at Redeploy. This involves working with frameworks that support organisations in navigating platform modernisation, AI adoption and long-term scaling in a responsible and practical way.
You will also be part of shaping how strategy remains connected to real engineering environments. The technology we work with evolves quickly, and you will contribute to how strategy adapts and stays relevant rather than static.
Who we are looking for
You have a technical foundation and have either already moved into advisory and strategic roles, or you are ready to take that next step supported by hands-on experience. You communicate clearly, bring structure to complex environments and know how to turn technological ambition into decisions organisations can act on.
You are comfortable moving between conversations with engineers, architects and business leaders, and you know how to create shared understanding without oversimplifying. We are looking for someone who contributes with experience, ownership and perspective from day one and who wants to continue growing their strategic influence over time.
English is required for this role. Swedish is not mandatory but is a strong advantage since many of our stakeholders operate in Swedish contexts.
What experiences you bring
Experience in a technical or Management Consulting capacity, ideally supporting clients through technology-driven change
A strong interest in data, cloud and AI, paired with the ability to dive into both business-level challenges and the underlying technologies that enable effective solutions
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to tackling complex issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
Experience with any of the following is a bonus:
Hands-on background as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or similar applied technical role
Experience with LLMs, NLP, GenAI or developing AI strategies, weather in client-facing or internal innovation contexts
Knowledge of data management practices and data-driven transformation initiatives, including governance, quality or architecture
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and how modern cloud platforms enable scalable, future-proof solutions
