We are looking for a Data Analyst Manager to join Marketing Insights & Steering within H&M’s Global Marketing Domain. As our area continues to grow, we are strengthening our leadership capacity to ensure colleagues have the support, clarity and conditions needed to develop and deliver strong business impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role combines people leadership and hands-on expertise.While you will have formal leadership responsibility, you are also expected to remain an active contributor and role model within your field, helping shape both delivery and capability development across the area.

You’ll lead, coach and develop a team of analysts and specialists while continuing to take ownership of hands-on work within your field. Depending on your experience and the needs of the area, this may include analytical problem-solving, delivery within a product or programme, capability development, stakeholder engagement, improving ways of working or supporting strategic initiatives.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts and specialists
• Create clarity around priorities, expectations and development opportunities
• Remain hands-on in your field of expertise and take ownership of relevant delivery, analytical work or strategic initiatives
• Translate business needs and complex questions into clear analytical approaches, requirements and recommendations
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data-informed decision-making
• Drive adoption, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement
• Support recruitment and the continued development of analytical capabilities across the are

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a collaborative leader and experienced analytics professional who enjoys combining people leadership with hands-on problem-solving. You thrive at the intersection of business, data and technology and can move comfortably between strategic discussions and operational delivery.

We believe you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant experience in analytics, insights, data, business development or a related field
• Leadership experience through people management or leading others through delivery and change
• Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions and recommendations
• Understanding of SQL and Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
• A strong understanding of data governance, data quality and scalable reporting practices.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and coaching skills
• Experience working cross-functionally across business and technology
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

Additional Information

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Stockholm. As collaboration and teamwork are important to us, we expect an in-office presence of four days per week.
