Job Overview

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a Data & Analytics Operations team, supporting the development of data-driven solutions across multiple business areas. You will take ownership of the analytics journey, from understanding business needs and processing raw data to building data models, pipelines, dashboards, and actionable insights.

What You Will Work On

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytics projects.
• Translate requirements into clear project scopes, tasks, and deliverables.
• Develop robust and high-performance data transformation pipelines.
• Work with large-scale data platforms and datasets.
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and professional reports.
• Select suitable visualisation tools based on business requirements.
• Support business users and superusers in developing their own dashboards.
• Provide expert guidance on data utilisation, data engineering, and business development.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Identify opportunities to create new data-driven products and improve business processes.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Experience developing data pipelines and data transformation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation.
• Experience building intuitive and professional dashboards and reports.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and complex data environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, structured, and proactive approach.

Meritorious

• Experience with Databricks.
• Knowledge of AWS Glue and Athena.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Experience working with petabyte-scale data or large connected-asset datasets.
• Experience developing analytics products from scratch.
