Assignment Overview

We are looking for an Industrial IoT Specialist

What you will work on

• Developing advanced analytics and machine learning models to identify trends and forecast performance
• Building and maintaining data pipelines, models, and Power BI dashboards
• Delivering real-time operational insights through data visualization
• Conducting business process analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
• Defining and tracking KPIs for digital and analytics initiatives
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and best practices
• Collaborating with operations, supply chain, and IT teams
• Supporting colleagues through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
• Driving AI and automation initiatives within operations

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or similar
• At least 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business analysis
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and predictive analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
• Experience working with data pipelines and large datasets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or IoT environments is a plus
• Experience with similar industrial data platforms and system landscapes is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
