We are urgently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a company in Västerås. In this role you will support the recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth hiring process during a peak period. This is a temporary position for 2 months, start is ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to address pipeline challenges and enhance candidate experience.
• Utilize and maintain recruitment tools and systems for sourcing, engagement, and employer branding.
• Provide insights on market trends and contribute to talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven long experience in talent acquisition and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in an innovative, collaborative and tech-oriented setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is strongly preferred.

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 2 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Västerås. Please submit your CV as soon as possible since we will review the applications on an on-going basis.
