Dina arbetsuppgifter We are searching for a IT-technician who has experience within first- and secondline service desk support. The duration of the assignment is 1 nov 2024 until 30 sep 2025 and the clients office are in Landskrona. The consult will be part of a team where four members are based in Landskrona and two in Västra Frölunda. The primary responsibility is to support users on-site at Landskrona, as well as providing remote support to other sites primarily in the northern part of Sweden, including Örebro, Umeå, Stockholm, Skellefteå, and Jönköping. This includes both office employees and service technicians who use Android tablets and smartphones as their IT tools. We provide support by remotely controlling their devices using TeamViewer. Other tasks/responsibilities that are included in the assignment: • Assisting with Windows 10 installations (usingSCCM ), currently rolling out Windows 11. • Troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11. • Configuring and setting up mobile phones and tablets according to our processes. • Occasional application installations, mostly managed with SCCM. • Familiarity with Active Directory. • Experience with Office365, Teams, OneDrive. • Previous use of a ticketing system, we use ServiceNow. • Ordering computers, mobile phones, and other IT end-user equipment. We are searching for a candidate who has previous experiance in a similar role and are used to work with ServiceNow, Active Directory, TeamViewer and Windows 10 and 11. The candidate need to be fluent in Swedish and English and have basic knowledige about configuring and setting up mobile phones and tablets.
