Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of packaging solutions for medical devices and pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure packaging solutions meet user, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards across all development phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the packaging team in various development projects.
• Manage documentation for regulatory submissions, including drafting and reviewing plans, protocols, and reports.
• Support design transfer of packaging solutions to manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless transition to production.
• Provide technical guidance on packaging materials and components during commercialization and operational phases.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in the development of packaging solutions, particularly for medical devices or combination products.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and device and combination product regulations in major markets (USA, Europe).
• Extensive experience in the commercialization of medical devices or combination products, with deep knowledge of packaging materials and components.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification, with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams and delivering packaging solutions within complex, multi-project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is sufficient for this role.
