Your Impact As a Development Engineer, you'll: * Lead Innovation: Spearhead the exploration and development of cutting-edge technologies. * Collaborate Broadly: Work across internal teams-production, sales, sourcing-and engage with external partners like universities and technical institutes. * Drive Progress: Manage projects, both large and small, that redefine the future of heat exchange technology. Who you are You're a curious, driven, and enthusiastic problem solver. Your passion for technology is matched by your ability to communicate and engage with others, fostering collaboration and innovation. You're structured yet open-minded, and your networking skills, both internally and externally, are key to your success. What you know * A degree in mechanical engineering or similar. * Experience in innovation and technology development. * Proficiency in 3D CAD and project management. * Knowledge of mechatronics and/or FE-analysis tools is a strong plus.
