Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the design and development of packaging solutions for components in the next-generation battery packs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in production, logistics, and external packaging suppliers.
• Ensure the efficient flow of parts through optimized packaging that meets both logistical and production requirements.
• Use your expertise in Pack assistance and/or CAD to develop and refine packaging designs.
• Participate in the ongoing expansion of battery capacity by contributing packaging strategies and solutions.

What you bring:

• A university or civil engineering degree with a solution- and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments, creating structure in unstructured settings.
• Initiative and independence in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Meriting experiences:

• Experience in packaging production and design.
• Background in logistics-related activities and understanding of the logistics flow.
• Proficiency in Pack assistance and/or CAD, with hands-on experience in packaging design.
