Extend the summer while working for one of the biggest automobile-manufacturers (Mercedes-Benz) in beautiful Greece! You will be helping the customers of Mercedes-Benz with their day-to-day questions. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails. For example:

• Arrange service/maintenance appointments
• Roadside assistance
• General customer service over phone, chat and e-mail

We are looking for:

• A native Swedish speaker
• Looking to add international experience to your CV.
• Excellent English, written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Have a commitment to quality
• Familiar working with computers, MS Office, internet applications etc.
