We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic HR capability transformation within a large, international organization. In this role, you will lead multiple interconnected workstreams and drive the transition from existing HR solutions and processes towards a more global, standardized and streamlined target landscape.

You will be responsible for the overall roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies and delivery plan, while ensuring clear ownership and accountability across workstreams. You will identify risks and blockers, drive decisions and ensure successful planning and execution across implementation, migration, testing, cutover, business continuity and transition to business-as-usual.

A key part of the role will be leading the Change Management and Communication strategy, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness and adoption. You will work closely with HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture, vendors and other stakeholders, providing structure, challenging plans constructively and ensuring progress towards agreed outcomes.

You will join a transformation initiative with significant strategic importance, working across business and technology functions to support the development of more standardized and effective HR capabilities and processes.

• Significant experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.

• Experience from at least two comparable transformations involving enterprise system implementation, migration and/or decommissioning.

• Strong project and program management experience across multiple workstreams.

• Experience with process standardization, globalization or capability transformation in complex organizations.

• Strong experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness and communication.

• Experience with HR systems, preferably HRIS, and a good understanding of HR processes, payroll, data and integrations.

• Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate with and challenge architects and technical specialists.

• Excellent ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct line-management responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand complex environments and create clarity and momentum.

• Fluency in English is required; Swedish is considered an advantage.
