About the Role

As Finance Manager Sweden & Norway, you will be responsible for leading the Finance Reporting & Compliance activities for DOVISTA Sverige AB and Natre Vinduer AS.

You will manage and develop a team of eight finance professionals in Sweden, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. The role involves close collaboration with finance colleagues across Sweden, Denmark, and Group Finance to ensure consistent reporting, compliance, and governance across the region.

The role is primarily focused on accounting, reporting, compliance, governance, and financial control, while also being responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance follow-up related to capacity costs, overhead costs, and balance sheet items. The position requires close collaboration across finance functions to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-quality financial decision support.

The position is based in Edsbyn, Sweden, and reports to the Denmark-based Head of Accounting & Reporting for Region North.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight finance professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and statutory reporting for DOVISTA Sverige AB and Natre Vinduer AS.
• Drive high standards of financial governance, compliance, and internal control.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate annual audits and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Lead tax compliance activities in collaboration with external advisors.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for capacity costs, overhead costs, and balance sheet items.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support the continued development of finance systems and processes, including participation in future ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

Your Profile

You are an experienced finance leader who combines strong accounting expertise with a collaborative leadership style and a continuous improvement mindset.

We believe you bring:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing employees.
• Solid experience in financial reporting, statutory accounting, compliance, tax, and audit coordination.
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with Norwegian accounting regulations.
