You will help shape how AI-assisted software development is used in a large international engineering environment. In this role, you take ownership of platforms such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, covering everything from rollout and onboarding to service delivery, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with software engineering teams and key stakeholders across service management, procurement, infrastructure, architecture, security, and compliance. The focus is not only to make the tools available, but to ensure they are used in a secure, scalable, and effective way that creates clear business value. • You will lead the rollout and adoption of AI-assisted software development platforms across the organization.
• You will own service delivery and lifecycle management for tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, including onboarding, offboarding, license allocation, utilization follow-up, and governance.
• You will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in ServiceNow, IT service portfolio, procurement, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and engineering communities.
• You will define and improve operating processes, streamline request handling, and support automation of allocation and approval workflows.
• You will drive financial governance for AI engineering tools by supporting cost allocation, budgeting input, utilization tracking, and ROI reporting.
• You will create training materials, run onboarding sessions, hold workshops, and share best practices that strengthen adoption in day-to-day engineering work.
• You will monitor developments in AI coding assistants, evaluate new features, assess business impact, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• You will explore future solutions such as self-hosted platforms, secure enterprise LLM solutions, open-source development assistants, and agentic software engineering tools through proof of concept activities and business cases.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams on how AI-assisted development tools can support software design, coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and code review while maintaining quality and engineering standards.
• You will follow up on user feedback, adoption metrics, productivity measures, and operational reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Experience leading rollout, adoption, and operational ownership of enterprise platforms, digital services, or internal tooling.
• Strong understanding of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, including engineering, architecture, security, procurement, infrastructure, and service management.
• Ability to define governance models, lifecycle processes, and structured ways of working for platform ownership.
• Experience with license management, cost follow-up, utilization analysis, budgeting input, or value tracking.
• Ability to create training material, run workshops, and drive user enablement and adoption.
• Good understanding of modern software engineering practices and how AI tools can be integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
