This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a role with plenty of room to grow and develop. Imagine supporting Sales Managers in quoting, negotiating and closing orders, everything in close collaboration with Siemens Energy regional entities and our end-customers. You’ll actively contribute to process improvements and tool development, ensuring our offerings are tailored to each customer’s needs. Your customer-focused approach will help build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Support Sales Managers with bid preparation, quoting, and closing orders. 

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to market all MGT Service Lines effectively. 

• Build and nurture relationships internally and with regional teams to enhance cooperation and drive results. 

• Support the resolution of technical issues for customers. 

• Contribute to the ongoing development of departmental processes, tools, and products. 

• Drive and lead specific focus area initiatives in the team 

What You Bring 

• Good communication skills and a talent for building relationships. 

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and convince others. 

• A business mindset that drives results and inspires those around you. 

• Experience in a customer-facing role with sales focus is positive. 

• Previous experience working in CRM systems; proficiency in SAP, SalesForce.com, and Microsoft Office is a plus. 

• You speak professional English (required); Swedish is a plus.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
