You will join a user insights team working close to product validation, where your research helps shape future products through a better understanding of users and consumer behaviour. In this role, you will design and run studies that turn observations, feedback, and data into clear input for product decisions. You will work with stakeholders across functions and help make sure research leads to action.

This is a role for you if you enjoy combining hands-on research with strategic influence. You will contribute to how research is planned, analysed, and communicated, while also helping improve methods, tools, and ways of working. You will also get to explore how AI-powered tools can support faster analysis and stronger insight generation. It is an exciting opportunity to influence both product direction and how research is done in a complex development environment.

• You will plan, conduct, and analyse user studies and surveys.
• You will turn research findings into actionable insights that support product decisions.
• You will present results, recommendations, and key learnings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• You will help develop and improve research methods, tools, and ways of working within the team.
• You will use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, and insight generation where relevant.

• 5+ years of experience as a user researcher with strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Hands-on experience with surveys, interviews, usability testing, diary studies, and field research.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting research results and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Valid Swedish driver’s license (B).
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Ability to complete a basic background check before onboarding.

• Experience from automotive or product development environments.
• Experience working with behavioural or consumer data.
• Experience with Power BI.
